Q: How much do we pay for your services?
A: We do not charge any fees for our services to schools or universities, other than those that may be required by U.S. Immigration Law.
Q: How long does it take to get a teacher?
A: The answer to this question depends upon which state the employer client is located, and in which country the prospective teacher resides in. In most cases, it could take between two to six months only to go through the whole recruitment and immigration process to get a teacher from another country to your school or university.
Q: What if we don't like the teacher?
A: If in a very rare case you find that the teacher who we have recruited on your behalf is less than satisfactory for your school, you always have the option of termination. We will give you a replacement within a certain time limit and we usually can place that teacher at another school in the U.S.
Q: What is the length of employment agreement with the teacher?
A: The length of employment agreement is dependent upon your school's requirements. Based on our experience, most of our employers either sign up prospective teachers to a specific term such as two or three years.
Q: Are foreign teachers' skills equivalent to those of U.S. teachers'?
A: Obviously, education around the world differs country by country. However, we find teachers that meet the specifications required and expressed by the school. Thus, we normally find that although there are cultural barriers, foreign-educated teachers will have equal abilities to those candidates you may find here in the United States.
Q: Are foreign teachers able to assimilate into the professional and social environment of a U.S. school system?
A: As one might expect, teachers coming from foreign countries face many challenges upon arrival in the U.S. Teachers will adjust quickly to new environments.
