Services We Offer
We will recruit foreign nurses that you may sponsor for immigrant status. For this service, we are responsible for all recruiting and immigration activity on your behalf. After obtaining your exact requirements regarding the number of nurses as well as experience required, we undertake a recruiting effort in the country you specify. We either choose the nurses based upon your criteria or someone on your behalf can accompany our team in its recruiting mission. This allows you to get the exact fit for your facilities both in the type of nurse and type of personality you require.
Such a recruiting process normally takes from 10 to 15 months before the recruited nurses can work in your facility. That is why it is essential that you contact us right away so we can begin the recruitment process as soon as possible before the shortage of staff nurses hampers the smooth operation of your facility.
All nurses recruited by IRG have already passed the CGFNS exam and in many instances, have also passed all the required English exams. Based on the healthcare facility's requirements, the nurses can either have already taken and passed the NCLEX before arriving or will be taking the NCLEX upon arrival in the U.S. where IRG will also assist in the education of nurses to result in successful NCLEX passes.
In addition to recruiting prospective nurse employees from our established sources around the world, we also conduct advertising campaigns internationally to ensure that our recruiting campaigns for highly qualified nurses are successful. Our large annual advertising budget has enabled us to be selective, thus placing only the best staff in your facility.
We strive to ensure that our clients are happy with the nurses we recruit and that there's a good match between the healthcare facility and the nurses. That way, both parties are happy and in turn, have referred other employers and/or nurses to our firm.
Our fees are based upon what kind of services the employer-clients require from us. Our services range from recruiting the nurses and submitting applications to the employers to the complete package of covering the whole process of recruitment. This includes making travel arrangements for the nurses to the U.S., immigration processing and housing of the nurses in the U.S., among others.
